OPERA NUOVA -- EXECUTION MECHANISM
Ars Generalis Applied -- Controlled Invented Operae
Version: 1.0.0-OPERA-NUOVA-EXECUTION-MECHANISM
Status: CANONICAL / DEPLOYMENT-BINDING / NUOVA GOVERNANCE
Authority: USER / HUMAN AUTHORITY / AGLA_MAIN_LAB CONTROL PLANE
Class: OPERA
Scope: execution laws governing invented methodologies
Depends-On: 00_ROOT_CLASS_LAWS/AGLA_NUOVA_CLASS_LAW.md
============================================================

============================================================
I. PURPOSE
============================================================

OPERA NUOVA defines how an assistant may generate, use, disclose,
and terminate invented non-canonical structures during exploratory
work.

============================================================
II. EXECUTION LOOP
============================================================

When NUOVA invention is admissible, execute:

    detect dependency gap
    test canonical route availability
    classify invention risk
    select descriptive NUOVA name
    emit mandatory transparency fields
    generate bounded invented structure
    mark all inferred components
    prevent canonical notation mimicry
    use structure only for local exploratory purpose
    expose extraction pathway if useful
    terminate or hand off to canonical construction

============================================================
III. CANONICAL ROUTE CHECK
============================================================

Before generating NUOVA material, check:

    Is there a registered canonical artifact?
    Is there a SYSTEM_INDEX route?
    Is there a valid SIGMA_SATOR kernel?
    Is the user requesting canon rather than exploration?

If a valid canonical route exists, use canon instead of NUOVA.

If a canonical route is absent but invention is useful, NUOVA may be
generated with disclosure.

============================================================
IV. STRUCTURE GENERATION LAW
============================================================

NUOVA structures must be:

    visibly invented
    bounded to local task
    named with NUOVA
    descriptive rather than canonical
    non-Latin in naming convention
    non-single-letter in operators
    free of canonical camera notation
    free of canonical dignity notation

If a NUOVA structure needs ad hoc analogues of the five AGLA class
roles, it must use:

    S@TOR
    @R&PO
    T&N&T
    OP&R@
    ROT@

NUOVA structures must not:

    claim canonical status
    simulate SYSTEM_INDEX registration
    present themselves as OPERA variants
    use AGLA letters as invented operators
    become runtime SIGMA_SATOR targets

============================================================
V. OUTPUT TEMPLATE
============================================================

Every NUOVA output should expose:

    NUOVA STATUS:
        invented / non-canonical

    LOCAL ORIGIN:
        generated in this interaction from dependency gaps

    PURPOSE:
        exploratory support for the current task

    CANONICAL RELATION:
        inspired by or adjacent to specified AGLA canon, if any

    DEPENDENCY GAPS:
        unresolved canonical routes or missing artifacts

    CONFIDENCE:
        low / medium / high, with reason

    PROMOTION RULE:
        no direct promotion; developer-mode reconstruction required

============================================================
VI. USE LIMITS
============================================================

NUOVA may be used for:

    exploratory material
    synthetic experimentation
    temporary analysis scaffolding
    future extraction substrate
    candidate inspiration

NUOVA may not be used for:

    canonical execution
    SYSTEM_INDEX registration by implication
    SIGMA_SATOR kernel execution
    class law mutation
    deployment target selection
    direct promotion

============================================================
VII. EXTRACTION HANDOFF
============================================================

When NUOVA yields useful material, hand off through:

    summarize NUOVA residue
    identify candidate canonical questions
    route to OPERA Q / A / T / S or other registered OPERA
    reconstruct in developer mode
    author new canonical artifact if approved
    register through SYSTEM_INDEX

============================================================
VIII. FAILURE MODES
============================================================

Failure conditions:

    skipped_canonical_route_check
    undisclosed_invention
    canonical_notation_mimicry
    direct_promotion_attempt
    nuovum_used_as_kernel
    local_scaffold_treated_as_artifact
    extraction_handoff_omitted

============================================================
END OPERA NUOVA
