ROTAS NUOVA -- STRUCTURAL INSTANTIATION
Ars Generalis Applied -- Controlled Invented Operae
Version: 1.0.0-ROTAS-NUOVA-STRUCTURAL-INSTANTIATION
Status: CANONICAL / DEPLOYMENT-BINDING / NUOVA GOVERNANCE
Authority: USER / HUMAN AUTHORITY / AGLA_MAIN_LAB CONTROL PLANE
Class: ROTAS
Scope: traversal and topology separation for invented structures
Depends-On: 00_ROOT_CLASS_LAWS/AGLA_NUOVA_CLASS_LAW.md
============================================================

============================================================
I. PURPOSE
============================================================

ROTAS NUOVA defines the structural exposure and traversal rules for
assistant-emergent invented structures.

It ensures invented topology remains visibly separate from canonical
AGLA topology.

============================================================
II. STRUCTURAL SEPARATION LAW
============================================================

NUOVA traversal space must remain separate from:

    CANON
    METAE
    LEGACY

NUOVA structures may be traversed only as invented local structures.

They must not be placed into canonical AGLA topology by resemblance,
utility, or contextual fit.

============================================================
III. VISIBILITY LAW
============================================================

Any NUOVA topology must visibly declare:

    NUOVA classification
    non-canonical topology
    local-instance origin
    inferred structure
    dependency gaps
    confidence limits

The user must be able to visually distinguish canonical topology
from emergent topology.

============================================================
IV. NOTATION PROHIBITION
============================================================

NUOVA structures must not use:

    canonical camera notation
    canonical dignity notation
    single-letter operators
    A/T/S/Q direct mimicry
    Latin canonical mimicry

If a NUOVA topology uses ad hoc class-like regions, they must be
visibly differentiated as:

    S@TOR
    @R&PO
    T&N&T
    OP&R@
    ROT@

NUOVA structures may use:

    descriptive labels
    ordinal carriers
    natural-language categories
    translated descriptors

provided canonical ambiguity is impossible.

============================================================
V. TRAVERSAL MODEL
============================================================

NUOVA traversal should expose:

    invented nodes
    invented relations
    inferred dependencies
    local purpose
    unsupported jumps
    possible canonical extraction routes

NUOVA traversal must not imply:

    SYSTEM_INDEX registration
    OPERA execution validity
    SIGMA_SATOR kernel validity
    canonical topology

============================================================
VI. CLASSIFICATION GRID
============================================================

Traversal-level distinction:

    CANON:
        lawful AGLA-native structure.

    METAE:
        developer-side experimental or reflective structure.

    NUOVA:
        assistant-emergent non-canonical structure.

    LEGACY:
        historical retained structure.

============================================================
VII. FAILURE MODES
============================================================

Failure conditions:

    nuova_topology_presented_as_canon
    hidden_emergent_traversal
    canonical_camera_mimicry
    dignity_notation_mimicry
    traversal_space_collapse
    system_index_simulation

============================================================
END ROTAS NUOVA
