I. PURPOSE

This law establishes NUOVA as the root governance class for
controlled invention of non-canonical assistant-emergent structures.

NUOVA exists because assistants may invent temporary OPERAE,
extrapolate missing structures, generate emergent methodologies,
simulate partial operator behavior, or create AGLA-inspired systems
when dependency chains are underconstrained.

Simple prohibition is insufficient.

The required discipline is:

    controlled, transparent, classified invention

not:

    silent simulation
    hidden regime mutation
    implicit pseudo-canon generation
    ontology drift masquerading as canon

INVENTED OPERAE ARE NEVER CANONICAL.

Even if useful, structurally coherent, human-approved,
operationally successful, inspired by AGLA, or partially aligned

Human authority may canonize the NUOVA governance law.

Human authority does not make an invented OPERA canonical merely by
approving its local usefulness.

No NUOVA structure may be promoted directly into canon.

Canonical adoption requires:

NUOVA is emergent instance behavior.

It is not canonical construction and not developer formalization.

Every NUOVA output must declare:

The assistant must never silently present NUOVA material as
canonical AGLA.

IX. AGLA-INSPIRED INVENTION LAW

This law applies especially when the invention is AGLA-inspired.

If an assistant extrapolates from OPERA A, OPERA T, OPERA S,
OPERA I, or any other canonical AGLA structure, the result remains:

until formally reconstructed through lawful canonical procedure.

Partial resemblance increases confusion risk.
