# GRAPHUS COMMUNIS ARTIS Root Cross-Reference Patch Set

Version: `1.0.1-CROSS-REFERENCE-PATCH-CANDIDATE-RETAINED`
Status: `CANDIDATE / HUMAN REVIEW REQUIRED / NOT APPLIED / NO_AUTHORITY_EFFECT`
Authority: `AGLA-GRAPHUS-COMMUNIS-ARTIS M2M`

Root-contract canonization does not apply, approve, or promote this patch set.

This file records the smallest necessary amendments to existing canonical
root laws. They are not applied automatically because the M2M authorizes
formalization but forbids unrelated root-law mutation without review.

- **TENET:** state that GRAPHUS is not doctrine and cannot be absorbed as
  TENET.
- **ROTAS:** state that GRAPHUS exposes topology while ROTA selects and
orders a traversal over an instance.
- **AREPO:** require a known `edge_set_ref`, explicit
`edge_set_authority_status`, valid adjacency, declared mediation, and revisit
  state delta before graph traversal.
- **OPERA:** state that only OPERA performs an executable walk; a
visitation signature alone is not execution.
- **SATOR:** require mediated presentation of the selected edge set,
actual walk, deviations, revisits, state deltas, and provenance.
- **ΣΑΤΟΡ:** preserve the graph-instance reference without embedding the
root object as a sixth stack member.
- **LIBER:** permit graph research substrate while preserving LIBER’s
  non-executive status.
- **APPLICATIO:** bind source, graph instance, ROTA, AREPO, and OPERA;
  normalize the spelling to `APPLICATIO`.
- **SYSTEM INDEX LAW:** distinguish registration of the global graph
object from registration of contextual instances.

No amendment may imply that an index summary, LIBER, visualization, or
machine schema executes the graph.
