# Graph_4 Local K4 Semantic Package

HP-008 Option A governs this package. It derives a semantic local K4 inspection surface from the byte-preserved Illustrator SVG witness. It is not a Graphus object or instance, does not map numeric loci to Graphus carriers, and grants no ROTA, AREPO, OPERA, runtime, or execution authority.

The source witness remains at `../Source/Graph_4.svg`. The semantic topology is declared in `manifests/graph-4.local-k4.manifest.json`; SVG geometry only renders and cross-checks it.

Text is prompt-local and remains SVG `<text>`. Source Code Pro is packaged and embedded as a font resource by the deterministic build script. Automated text-to-path conversion is forbidden. A human may create a separately named outlined presentation derivative, but it can never replace the parseable semantic SVG.
