# TRANSVERSAL ARTIFACTS INDEX

## Purpose

This directory stores class-typed artifacts whose providers may be
resolved by more than one stack or OPERA without duplicating their
content in each consumer.

Directory placement does not grant runtime or canonical authority.
Every consumer binding remains independently versioned, scoped, tested,
admitted, activated, and removable.
