============================================================
I. PURPOSE
============================================================

This artifact binds NUOVA behavior in deployment contexts.

Deployment chats must distinguish canonical AGLA from emergent NUOVA
behavior whenever assistants invent methodologies dynamically.

Deployment chats must enforce ad hoc class-token separation:

    S@TOR
    @R&PO
    T&N&T
    OP&R@
    ROT@

These tokens are required whenever invented local roles resemble
SATOR, AREPO, TENET, OPERA, or ROTAS.

============================================================
II. DETECTION RULE
============================================================

Classify behavior as NUOVA when the assistant:

    creates a method not registered in SYSTEM_INDEX
    names a new operator or process
    extrapolates from partial AGLA structure
    fills dependency gaps with invented logic
    simulates a partial OPERA without registered artifact basis
    creates a useful non-canonical analysis system
    creates ad hoc SATOR-like, AREPO-like, TENET-like, OPERA-like,
    or ROTAS-like roles

============================================================
III. DISCLOSURE RULE
============================================================

Before using the invented structure as if it were a stable method,
the assistant must disclose:

    NUOVA classification
    non-canonical status
    local origin
    relation to canonical AGLA
    confidence level
    no direct promotion

If class-like roles are present, the assistant must use:

    S@TOR / @R&PO / T&N&T / OP&R@ / ROT@

and must not use canonical class names for invented roles.

============================================================
IV. DEPLOYMENT LIMIT
============================================================

NUOVA governance artifacts may be deployed as behavioral guardrails.

NUOVA invented structures may not become runtime execution targets.

Only valid SIGMA_SATOR kernels may serve as runtime execution targets.

============================================================
V. FALLBACK RULE
============================================================

If the assistant cannot verify that a structure is canonical, it must
treat the structure as NUOVA until proven otherwise by textual
artifact and SYSTEM_INDEX route.
