## Principal-stack composition

- Lifecycle: AVAILABLE / OPTIONAL METAE AND VANILLA-PROMOTION CANDIDATE.
- Entry: the active bundle selects QR; vanilla class laws bind the local
  TENET/ROTAS/AREPO/OPERA/SATOR sequence.
- Capabilities: admitted question-response specification extraction within the
  QR class family.
- Dependencies: `QR_LOCAL_SYSTEM_INDEX.md`, five QR class artifacts, the local
  SIGMA_SATOR kernel, and vanilla root laws.
- Validation: the generation manifest, local-index closure, and kernel source
  inventory must pass.
- Failure posture: missing class artifact, failed AREPO admission, or authority
  conflict blocks QR without changing vanilla behavior.

## Standalone packaging/deployment

- Lifecycle: AVAILABLE / OPTIONAL DEPLOYMENT COMPONENT.
- Package: `../JSON_STANDALONE/ADD_ON_QUESTION_RESPONSE_STACK_STANDALONE.json`.
- Entry: load embedded root laws and
  `00_SIGMA_SATOR_QR/SIGMA_SATOR_QR_KERNEL.md`, then execute the declared
  lifecycle.
- Capabilities: packaged QR specification extraction only.
- Validation: all required artifacts must exist, be non-empty, and match the
  generated manifest hashes.
- Failure posture: invalid kernel or incomplete package fails closed; package
  inclusion never grants unrelated provider authority.
