## Decision binding

The current human instruction promotes Trivium from
`_01_INTEGRATION_CANDIDATES/Trivium_Stack` into
`13_STACK_ADD_ONS/Trivium_Stack` for composition with the principal stack and
standalone deployment. This explicit later decision supersedes HP-018 Option A's
earlier no-promotion disposition for this promotion scope.

The stable package exposes Grammar and Logic. Rhetoric remains a mandatory
deferred/fail-closed port; promotion does not invent its missing source closure.

the lifecycle wrapper, internal file references, dual-modality declarations,
available/deferred capability posture, and promotion provenance. Candidate
bytes remain untouched in the candidate lane.

## Validation posture

- 54 Q species, 27 T species, 9 Donatian parts, 10 Aristotelian categories,
  and 5 Porphyrian predicables remain structurally present.
- `VALIDATE_TRIVIUM_ADD_ON.ps1` checks the local package and embedded hashes.
- `VALIDATE_ADD_ON_DUAL_MODALITY.ps1` checks the repository-wide add-on law.
- Principal-stack and standalone use both require AREPO admission.
