- HP-024:A selects `19_STACK_W` for the later M2M-W-04 placement slice. It

- HP-025:A keeps W independent of current OPERA G; a later G refactor may use
  qualified W fixtures as golden evidence. No G mutation follows here.

## Non-collapse consequences

- semantic identity is not address identity;
- a deeper relation is not structural placement;
- `Veritas` in A is not collapsed into `Veracitas` in W;
- title selection does not turn habit into act, person, verdict, admission, or
  execution;
