# Stack W local system index

Version: `1.0.0-W-LOCAL-INDEX`

Status: `CANONICAL SUPPORT / NON_PROVIDER / NON_RUNTIME / RUNTIME_DISABLED`

Authority: `HUMAN-AUTHORIZED STACK_W ROUTING SUPPORT ONLY`

Official title: `REGIMEN W — HABITUS MORALES / MORAL HABITS`

Scope: local discovery, role separation, support classification, and explicit
runtime prohibition for the numbered Stack W family.

Derived-From:
`_01_INTEGRATION_CANDIDATES/STACK_W/QUALIFICATION/W_LOCAL_SYSTEM_INDEX.md`;

## 1. Index boundary

This file is subordinate to `00_ROOT_CLASS_LAWS/SYSTEM_INDEX_CURRENT.md`. It
contains no executable logic and does not admit any invocation. The global
records expose identity and location only.

```text
runtime_available = false
runtime_binding = DISABLED
activation_status = REGISTERED_IDENTITY_ONLY / NOT_ADMITTED
provider_bindings = NONE_ACTIVE
```

Canonical source status fixes the maintained source lineage. It does not make
OPERA W executable.

## 2. Five-class canonical source family

| Role | Global ID | Artifact | Registration posture |
|---|---|---|---|
| TENET | `IDX-W-TENET` | `TENET_W_DoctrinalInvariants.md` | identity/discovery only; non-runtime |
| ROTAS | `IDX-W-ROTA` | `ROTAS_W_StructuralInstantiation.md` | identity/discovery only; no effective runtime selection |
| AREPO | `IDX-W-AREPO` | `AREPO_W_InputAdmissibility.md` | identity/discovery only; cannot emit current admission |
| OPERA | `IDX-W-OPERA` | `OPERA_W_ExecutionMechanism.md` | identity/discovery only; not executable |
| SATOR | `IDX-W-SATOR` | `SATOR_W_OutputRequirements.md` | identity/discovery only; cannot mediate a live result |

The maintained class order is:

```text
TENET W -> ROTAS W -> AREPO W -> OPERA W -> SATOR W
doctrine != structure != admissibility != execution != mediation
```

Current same-epoch TENET evidence and effective ROTAS evidence remain required
before every future OPERA admission. AREPO or SATOR evidence alone never
substitutes for either one. Registration supplies neither.

## 3. Canonical support family

| ID or local identity | Artifact | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| `IDX-W-ALIAS` | `ALIAS_W.json` | canonical alias source; resolution never admits or executes |
| `IDX-W-DEP` | `DEP_W_DependencyRecord.md` | discovery-only dependency record; non-provider |
| `W-TERM-MATRIX-1.0.0` | `LIBER_X_W_TERM_MATRIX.json` | 36-address internal support; no global provider ID |
| `W-AT-PROFILE-DATASET-1.0.0` | `W_AT_PROFILE_DATASET.json` | synthetic interface references; not A/T execution traces |
| `W-HUMAN-BINDINGS-1.0.0` | `W_HUMAN_BINDING_RECORD.json` | exact human lexical/title binding projection |
| `W-LEXICAL-TITLE-DECISIONS-1.0.0` | `W_LEXICAL_AND_TITLE_DECISION_RECORD.md` | human-bound decision support |
| `W-ROTATION-SEMANTICS-1.0.0` | `W_ROTATION_SEMANTICS_DECISION_RECORD.md` | typed directed/undirected rotation semantics |
| `W-SOURCE-REGISTER-1.0.0` | `W_SOURCE_REGISTER.md` | evidence and provider provenance; non-provider |
| `W-NUMBERED-VALIDATOR-1.0.0` | `VALIDATE_STACK_W.ps1` | offline repository validator; not an OPERA |

Fixtures, schemas, tests, integration manifests, and the numbered integration
report are canonical support. They receive no global `IDX-*` identity and
cannot become runtime providers.

## 4. LIBER discovery support

| Global ID | Artifact | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| `IDX-LIBER-W-SOURCE-SUBSTRATE` | `../90_STACK_LIBER/LIBER_X_W_SOURCE_AND_STRUCTURAL_SUBSTRATE.md` | ordinary LIBER EX object; non-informant; non-provider |
| `IDX-LIBER-W-EVACUATIO-PROOF` | `../90_STACK_LIBER/LIBER_X_W_EX_EVACUATIO_STRUCTURAL_PROOF.md` | structural proof object; non-informant; non-provider |

Neither LIBER supplies hidden premises, fills a ROTA, bypasses AREPO, executes
OPERA, or makes current OPERA G an upstream dependency.

## 5. External interfaces

External providers are referenced, not copied or re-registered:

| Interface | Exact provider | Permitted projection | Non-transfer boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | `IDX-A-OPERA` -> `02_STACK_A/OPERA_A_ExecutionMechanism.md@1.1.0-OPERA-A-DUPLEX-DIGNITATUM` | same-object admitted characterization trace | A does not select W addresses or supply W doctrine |
| T | `IDX-T-OPERA` -> `03_STACK_T/OPERA_T_ExecutionMechanism.md@0.2.2-OPERA-T` | same-object relata, frame, genus, profile, and trace | T does not select W addresses or supply W doctrine |
| S/K | exact `06_STACK_SK` family recorded in `../_01_INTEGRATION_CANDIDATES/STACK_W/SK_BOUNDARY/W_SK_PROVIDER_AND_HANDOFF_MAP.md` | static subject and moral-Instrumentativum context | no tenth subject and no W execution; recorded version drift blocks version-exact runtime handoff |
| G | current registered G | future separately authorized fixture comparison only | G is not a W upstream and is unchanged here |

The profile dataset remains `SYNTHETIC_INTERFACE_REFERENCE`. An actual future
mapping requires separately admitted current A and T traces for one declared
object, scope, frame, and invocation epoch.

Alias resolution precedes artifact lookup, but performs no TENET, ROTAS,
AREPO, OPERA, or SATOR step. External provider status and authority never
transfer into W; missing, stale, mismatched, or unadmitted evidence remains
unresolved.

## 6. Invocation-epoch contract

The canonical source describes this order, but the current repository posture
does not execute it:

```text
explicit W request
  -> current same-epoch TENET W evidence
  -> current same-epoch effective ROTAS W evidence
  -> explicit object, scope, frame, and mapping target
  -> exact current A and T traces for that same object and scope
  -> AREPO W admission or refusal
  -> OPERA W mapping only if AREPO-admitted and separately runtime-authorized
  -> SATOR W disclosure of result, plurality, limits, and canonical non-runtime status
```

No earlier invocation's admission or evidence may be reused.

## 7. Provenance

The v1.0.0 family derives from the exact v0.2.0 qualified successors in
`_01_INTEGRATION_CANDIDATES/STACK_W/QUALIFICATION/SUCCESSORS/` at
`58ce4cec5f15a78b0263e85deea5a1e9e7412eed`. The candidate and qualification
lanes remain immutable provenance. Exact source/target hashes and permitted
mutations are recorded under `INTEGRATION/`.

## 8. Explicit exclusions

This local index does not enable runtime, bind MACHINA, mutate G or S/K,
generate Sigma, alter deployment, promote development/main, create a tenth
subject, or collapse act, habit, person, sign, address, carrier, term,
co-carrier, contrary, source, alias, or semantic identity.

It does not make the development-only translation a deployment dependency or
bind any global alias namespace.
