Version: `0.1.0-QATH-GRAPH-4-OCCUPATION`
Status: `CANDIDATE / ISOLATED AGENT EXECUTION / OUTPUT SERIES NON-EXECUTING`
Request: `M2M-QATH-01`

Key records:

  grammar and SATOR→AREPO handoff semantics;
- `QATH_HUMAN_DECISION_AND_CLOSURE_RECORD.md` — recorded maintainer decisions
  and the prototype-closure boundary;

This package tests QATH as a source-bound occupation of the four OPERA slots
of `MACHINARIUM_LOCAL_GRAPH_4`:

```text
L01 -> OPERA Q
L02 -> OPERA A
L03 -> OPERA T
L04 -> OPERA H
```

Graph_4 supplies the local K4 topology. QATH supplies OPERA-slot bindings and
the baseline traversal `L01 -> L02 -> L03 -> L04`. Current ARITHMETICA supplies
the ordinal qualities `IDENTIFICATIO`, `DIFFERENTIATIO`, `MEDIATIO`, and
`STABILIZATIO`. A distinct local `APPLICATIO` records the execution-specific
characteristics of each bound OPERA.

In an admitted QATH run, all four OPERAE execute. OPERA H multiplies the
admitted chambers built from the Q/A/T trace, and QATH uses that result to
stabilize one or more useful OPERAE series for the current user requirement.
The generated series does not execute by implication.

The package consumes Graph_4 by exact commit/blob reference. It does not copy,
modify, canonize, or grant Graphus authority to the provider. The other K4
connections remain structurally available and operationally inactive.

An agent may activate QATH when this compilation is needed. It may not bypass
any local AREPO, mutate the Graph_4 provider, or execute the series emitted by
QATH without that series' own downstream admission.

The external door register preserves four vertices, six undirected edges,
twelve directed states, and twenty-four local doors. Edge, transition, and
door identity never collapse.

The register's arithmetical acts and trinary correlations are provisional
interpretive interventions. The question is what occurs when quality `Y` is
activated at ordinal position `X`, not whether number `X` inherently has
quality `Y`. Their operational value does not depend on proving that the same
biases emerge from ordinal order alone: the explicit procedure already
improves traceability, reproducibility, and analysis. A later control test
will disable the heuristics while retaining the Q→A→T→H sequence.

For every baseline transition, the source OPERA completes through its SATOR
and exits through the source Output door; the same directed state enters the
target Input door and is admitted by the target AREPO before the next OPERA
executes.

The governing feature principle is controlled, reproducible, and traceable
state-space reduction for stochastic processes. Reduction does not authorize
premature closure: alternatives and their admission/rejection evidence remain
in the run trace.
