# Runtime-Neutral Graph Lifecycle

This package defines a cross-runtime carrier contract without making Graphus replace ROTAS, making a graph run equal an OPERA, or making a visualization authoritative.

Lifecycle:

`GRAPH_DEFINITION -> GRAPH_PATTERN_VIEW? -> GRAPH_INSTANCE -> GRAPH_RUN_RECORD`

The pattern is an optional view over a recurrent populated configuration, not a new canonical class. A run record is finite evidence of realized traversal, not execution authority.

Authority order remains external and current:

`TENET evidence -> ROTAS evidence -> AREPO admission -> OPERA -> SATOR trace`

The text profile is mandatory. Structured state and SVG are equivalent adapters only when they preserve identifiers, declared relations, status, provenance, failure semantics, and loss.

No file in this package canonizes an edge set, Graphus support artifact, vocabulary extension, runtime, or root law.
