Can the approved Stack B baseline be implemented entirely as a non-runtime
candidate without mutating registered providers, importing AEGIS, inventing
semantic content, or presuming integration authority?

Result: `YES`.

## 3. Resolved design decisions

### 3.1 Topology

The optional six-ring projection is a derived representation. It must round-trip
to the four-wheel record without semantic loss.

Misalignment is never repaired by hedging.

The envelope contains exactly nine ordered records. A record in `SUSPENDED` or
`REJECTED` state has no `rendered_sentence`; this is not a missing position and
must not be padded.

Reference mode may use the frozen human R terms with declared provenance.
Contextual mode requires:

- Stack B owns nine diagonal, cross-regime predicative records.
- Stack G owns 36 heterogeneous Figura Tertia chambers and Evacuatio.
- Stack S/K owns subject/species typing.
- The separate virtue/vice stack owns A×T-derived moral results.
- No current provider is copied or modified.

## 4. Non-blocking limitations

1. Contextual examples in this candidate are typed fixtures, not executions of
   OPERA A, E, S, T, G, H, or I.
2. Low-token acquisition and re-entry require a later deployment experiment.
3. Natural canonical-to-applied medium reflection remains a hypothesis.
4. Six-ring visual materialization is not required for the semantic candidate.
5. Candidate integration and SYSTEM_INDEX placement remain human gates.
