# STACK B — FINAL DEVELOPMENT REPORT

Version: `0.1.0-STACK-B-FINAL-DEVELOPMENT`
Date: `2026-08-23`
Status: `DEVELOPMENT SLICE COMPLETE / CANDIDATE / NON_RUNTIME / INTEGRATION HUMAN GATE`

## 1. Outcome

`M2M-STACK-B-01` restored and implemented a complete non-runtime Stack B candidate for the direct `A/T/RQ/S` polysemy of `BCDEFGHIK`.

The candidate provides:

- the five linked class artifacts TENET, ROTAS, AREPO, OPERA, and SATOR B;
- the normative four-wheel topology with explicit S/K revisit;
- nine fixed positional carrier records and the exact human-authored reference fixture;
- categorical `SER` admission only under perfect carrier alignment and full support;
- contracted, suspended, and rejected decision semantics;
- a loss-declaring external RQ-to-declarative-R bridge;
- explicit A, S/K, T, E/RQ, I, G, and H handoff boundaries;
- Stack B/Stack G 9+36 pair-space separation;
- schemas, positive fixtures, adverse fixtures, closure fixtures, tests, and reports.

## 2. Validation

Final deterministic result:

```text
STACK B VALIDATION: 39 passed; 0 failed
```

The suite verifies exact fixture text and provenance, nine-record order, SARTS carrier alignment, four-wheel/six-incidence round-trip, deterministic projection, 90 structurally eligible cross-role diagonal pairs, 9+36 pair-space completeness, eight adverse cases, 15 contextual closure cases, provider absence, every single-role carrier swap, ambiguity, contradiction, declared loss, overpredication control, domain portability, proportional-pair structure, reflection failure semantics, Stack G compatibility, virtue/vice separation, AEGIS isolation, five-class typing, and absence of SYSTEM_INDEX registration.

## 3. Scope transfer

The 24-run low-token acquisition/re-entry benchmark is not part of this completed slice. It is owned by the non-activated Backlog request `M2M-DEPLOY-03` and depends on:

- `M2M-DEPLOY-01` general acquisition/re-entry contract;
- revised `M2M-DEPLOY-02` low-token profile or an approved successor;
- a simultaneous assistant-bootstrap/user-tutorial contract;
- later roadmap placement, pinned budgets, models, corpus, and execution authority.

This transfer removes a deployment dependency from Stack B without erasing the experiment specification.

## 4. Preserved hypotheses and limits

The slice does not claim that:

- numerical carrier difference causes qualitative difference;
- E→K or another horizontal carrier relation is already a proven semantic morphism;
- every canonical Figura Tertia medium reflects into every applied domain;
- a structurally complete synthetic provider fixture is evidence of an actually executed upstream OPERA;
- categorical `SER` is an inferential medium for heterogeneous chambers;
- the candidate is canonical, registered, deployable, or runtime-authoritative.

The procedural and structural tests remain useful while these stronger hypotheses stay unresolved.

## 5. Mutation and authority audit

- candidate source mutation is contained in `_01_INTEGRATION_CANDIDATES/STACK_B/`;
- no registered Stack A, T, S/K, E/RQ, G, H, I, Arithmetica, deployment, root-law, or Sigma provider was changed by this slice;
- no AEGIS/CARCER file was imported, patched, registered, or executed;
- `SYSTEM_INDEX_CURRENT.md` was not changed and does not register this candidate;
- no deployment, Sigma generation, mirror regeneration, canonization, or promotion occurred;
- no Git commit, merge, push, or branch operation is part of this report.

## 6. Separate future gates

The development slice is complete. Any next action requires separate scope and authority:

1. candidate integration review and destination decision;
2. SYSTEM_INDEX or runtime registration decision, if ever proposed;
3. Sigma and deployment work only after integration and applicable gates;
4. `M2M-GOV-STACK-B-01` forensic investigation of the historical M2M specification loss;
5. `M2M-DEPLOY-03` activation only after its deployment dependencies and roadmap placement are resolved.

## 7. Closure

Stack B is stable as an unregistered integration candidate. `M2M-STACK-B-01` may move to Completed. Completion records delivery of the approved candidate; it does not imply integration or canonization.
