role. The general natural-language compiler remains an external interface at
commit `225c907`; it is not a sixth role or a provider copied into this package.

The exact ROTAS binding is conditional because this projection can be a
non-graph formation. If no traversal is executed, the eventual APPLICATIO must
record graph/ROTA applicability as `not_applicable` with reason rather than
inventing a route for symmetry.
