`SRC-CAPUT-B` is version `1.3.0-CAPUT-AB-B-LATIN-SOURCE-ALIGNED`, status
`STABILIZED / INTERPRETATIVE + OPERATIONAL (LATIN SOURCE-ALIGNED)`, authority
`AEGIS / TENET (non-mutating reference)`. Its physical `CODEX_ONLY` path is not
used in control-plane reporting; the permitted alias above is mandatory.

## External compiler interface

`M2M-COMPILER-01` is published at commit
`225c9070478030cf56ee799d5bfe243f483ef1b9`. This package depends on its
runtime-neutral typed-IR and declared-loss interface, specifically:

| Artifact | Git blob | SHA-256 |
|---|---|---|
| `schemas/agla-compilation-unit.schema.json` | `4fd172419ac5336022cacfbe8deedb2157b4d33d` | `E09C90AA8D6E539A1FF403CCD5C051F969708CC49D1B485AFD2F838701ABCAC9` |
| `RUNTIME_NEUTRAL_IR_AND_SERIALIZATION_CONTRACT.md` | `10ae88d4b352d466082a21da5becf1a445d36afd` | `F19CFADE4D5B35AC9AC19468B1EF6ED54DBB42AE66D8582701F44E7F39AC114B` |

The dependency is cross-branch and exact. Its contents are not copied or
registered into the integration base by this research slice.

## Claim ledger

| Claim | Evidence class | Disposition |
|---|---|---|
| Alphabet carriers are `B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,K` | direct in both primary sources | supported |
| A letter has regime-indexed A/T/E/K/V meanings | direct table | supported |
| `State := A × T × E × K`; V is evaluated/derived | CAPUT operator interpretation aligned with source table | supported as development interpretation |
| One sentence must be emitted per carrier | absent | unsupported as historical/source law |
| Nine controlled carrier records can represent a complete admitted map | engineering derivation with exact carrier keys | supported as candidate projection |
| Missing content may be invented to keep count nine | contradicted by source-authority and loss laws | prohibited |
| A numbered Stack B is required | no evidence | unsupported |
| Existing OPERA/APPLICATIO surfaces can host the capability | current-law comparison | supported recommendation, human decision pending |

The Latin source's “nona de novem subiectis” concerns the ninth book part,
`novem subiectis`; it is not evidence for nine output sentences. Likewise, the
third figure evacuates two-letter chambers into propositions and does not
prescribe the candidate's one-carrier/one-sentence projection.
