# AREPO W — INPUT ADMISSIBILITY

Version: 0.1.0
Status: DRAFT
Class: AREPO
Regime: W

## Admission object

AREPO W determines whether an object may be mapped into W.

Mandatory bindings:
- object_ref
- mapping_target ∈ {ACT, HABIT, PATTERN_OF_ACTS, AGENT-QUALIFIED}
- declared_frame
- A_trace
- T_trace
- source/provenance status

Admission states:
ADMISSIBLE
ADMISSIBLE_WITH_FLAGS
PROVISIONAL
DEFERRED
REJECTED
BLOCKED

BLOCK when:
- raw moral verdict is requested without A/T trace;
- mapping target is hidden;
- one isolated act is promoted to stable personal habit;
- sign is equated with habit;
- virtue is converted into permission/reward;
- vice is converted into prohibition/punishment;
- moral vocabulary is used as AREPO admission criterion;
- historical/traditional conformity is used as epistemic proof;
- unresolved source content is silently completed;
- the request requires a W address whose lexical identity is under human-decision lock.

DEGRADE/PROVISIONAL when:
- A or T trace is partial;
- multiple W addresses remain compatible;
- source frame is historical but target frame is contemporary;
- semantic identity spans distinct structural addresses.

AREPO does not execute mapping.
