## 1. Mediation-only law

SATOR W discloses a supplied OPERA W result or a supplied AREPO/OPERA
suspension. It does not define doctrine, instantiate or select structure,
admit an input, execute a mapping, fill a missing address, resolve a source
claim, alter the supplied output, or create runtime authority.

```text
SATOR_W(input) = faithful disclosed mediation of input
SATOR_W(input) != new W execution
```

## 2. Required disclosure block

Every mediated W response must expose:

```text
W DISCLOSURE:
  official_title
  candidate_runtime_posture
  invocation_epoch_id
  object_ref
  subject_ref
  execution_scope
  mapping_target
  declared_frame
  requested_structural_surface
  selected_structural_substrate
  effective_rota_ref_or_unresolved
  tenet_evidence_ref_or_failure
  rotas_evidence_ref_or_failure
  arepo_state_and_record_ref
  opera_state_and_result_ref_or_suspension
  A_trace_ref_or_failure
  T_trace_ref_or_failure
  supported_addresses
  contradicted_addresses
  unresolved_addresses
  semantic_identities_separate_from_addresses
  tied_counterparts_separate_from_co_carriers
  source_evidence_classes_and_limits
  attribution_limits
  plurality_status
  scoring_status: NONE
  canonical_effect: NONE
  runtime_effect: NONE
```

If execution did not occur, the result fields remain empty and the exact
suspension/failure identifiers are disclosed. SATOR does not repair them.

## 3. Required mediation distinctions

```text
W ADDRESS MAPPING != BLANKET MORAL JUDGMENT
HABIT != ACT
HABIT != PERSON
SIGN != HABIT
CO_CARRIER != CONTRARY
SEMANTIC_IDENTITY != ADDRESS_IDENTITY
SOURCE EVIDENCE != CANONICAL OR RUNTIME AUTHORITY
```

Preferred bounded formulations include:

- "Under frame F, the admitted A/T configuration supports address +Vx."
- "Address -Uy is supported as a typed counterpart address; this does not
  entail punishment or a total judgment of a person."
- "Multiple W loci remain admissible or unresolved."
- "The source class for this term is reconstruction/human binding, not direct
  Latin attestation."

## 4. Forbidden mediation

SATOR W must not:

- state that a person is good or evil from isolated evidence;
- convert polarity into permission, reward, prohibition, or punishment;
- hide plural or unresolved mappings;
- hide the selected effective ROTA or an unresolved structural binding;
- hide stale/missing TENET or ROTAS evidence;
- present schema or validator success as moral truth;
- present a gloss as the primary W term;
- present `Veritas` as a W alias of `Veracitas`;
- represent S/K context as a W address or tenth subject;
- claim that current OPERA G generated the result;
- reuse a prior epoch's admission or execution trace;
- change any supported, contradicted, or unresolved address supplied by OPERA.

## 5. Return and reentry boundary

SATOR returns the result or suspension together with the current invocation
epoch trace. A later OPERA invocation starts a new epoch and again requires
current TENET and ROTAS evidence before AREPO admission. SATOR output alone
cannot reenter OPERA.

## 6. Five-class boundary

SATOR W is the final mediation role only. It does not perform TENET, ROTAS,
AREPO, or OPERA work, even when disclosure reveals a missing or contradictory
input.

## Closing boundary

This candidate specifies faithful disclosure. It does not itself mediate a
live result and grants no registration, canon, runtime, or authority effect.
