Scope completed by W-03 The slice applies the nine in-scope human decisions, creates a complete v0.2.0 successor family, materializes a 36-address A/T reference-profile corpus, defines executable positive and adverse fixture suites, and supplies a repository-local deterministic validator. The ten received files remain unchanged. Every successor is additive under `QUALIFICATION/SUCCESSORS/` and is explicitly unregistered, non-runtime, and without authority effect. ## 2. Human decisions applied `W_HUMAN_BINDING_RECORD.json` preserves the raw response, transparent typo and punctuation normalizations, exact selected-option text, source-report paths, and the dependency order `HP-027:A` before `HP-020:A`. HP-024 belongs to W-04 and HP-025 belongs to the independent future G work. Neither decision grants W-03 placement, registration, or runtime authority. ## 3. Successor and fidelity result `SUCCESSORS/W_SUCCESSOR_AND_FIDELITY_MANIFEST.json` maps all ten intake files to the v0.2.0 family. It records predecessor path, version, intake commit, Git blob OID, SHA-256, successor path/version/hash, change reasons, and zero authority/runtime/registration effect. Each record contains one conservative A and one conservative T reference claim. Those claims preserve all nine provider slots for inspection and preselect no semantic result. Home carrier is index correlation only. Missing trace is unresolved, never contradiction. No upstream OPERA execution is claimed. The development translation of the *Ars Generalis Ultima* is used only for artifact authorship and source-location evidence. It is ignored by Git, development-only, absent from runtime dependencies, and never impersonates direct Latin evidence. Fixture result The positive suite covers structure, co-carrier distinction, semantic identities, plural non-scoring mapping, current epoch, effective composition, S/K context, no tenth subject, natural K without implicit W, and exact synthetic provider shapes. The adverse suite covers missing/stale TENET or ROTAS, epoch/subject/scope mismatch, provider and source defects, unresolved effective ROTA, AREPO/SATOR-only shortcuts, prior-admission reuse, category collapses, permission/reward/punishment inference, scoring, hidden target, missing A/T trace, fallback, tenth subject, recursion, G-as-upstream, and evidence/alias collapse. Fixtures may authorize a candidate reference transition for test evaluation. They never set `runtime_execution_allowed=true`. ## 7. No Stack W qualification finding was waived. ## 8. Authority and lifecycle boundary W-03 qualification does not: - create or populate `19_STACK_W`; - mutate the global SYSTEM_INDEX or register `IDX-*` providers; - canonize the candidate or activate OPERA W; - bind MACHINA, Sigma, deployment, or a runtime schema; - patch Stack G, Stack S/K, Stack A, Stack T, or a root class law; - promote integration content to development or main. After a clean full validator run and Git integration, HP-019–HP-023 and HP-026–HP-029 can close as solved. W-04 still requires its separate lifecycle decision based on the exact integrated successor hashes and statuses.
