# Stack W Lexical Evidence Register

Version: 0.1.0

Status: EVIDENCE-TYPED / HUMAN GATES OPEN / NON-RUNTIME

## Evidence codes

- `AB-DIRECT` — stated in the currently routed execution-allowed Latin
  *Ars Brevis* alphabet or
  Instrumentativum definitions.
- `PT-WITNESS` — preserved by the currently routed execution-allowed
  Portuguese working translation.
- `AGU-CLAIM` — the received package attributes the item to *Ars Generalis
Ultima*, but the cited passage is not resolved in the current source tree.
- `RECONSTRUCTION` — contrary/co-carrier completion proposed by the package.
- `HUMAN-GATE` — a materially non-equivalent lexical or relation choice.

The candidate matrix's blanket `SOURCE_EXPLICIT_OR_STRONGLY_SUPPORTED` labels
are package assertions. This register is the controlling evidence
classification for qualification; it does not rewrite the received bytes.

## Complete 36-address trace

| Carrier | +V address / term / evidence | -V address / term / evidence | +U address / term / evidence | -U address / term / evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| B | `+VB Iustitia` — AB-DIRECT as `iustitiam` in the alphabet and `Justitia` in the definition; `Iustitia` is the I/J orthographic normalization | `-VB Iniuria / Iniustitia` — `Iniustitia` AB-DIRECT; `Iniuria` AGU-CLAIM/back-Latin reconstruction; HUMAN-GATE HP-028 | `+UB Avaritia` — AB-DIRECT | `-UB Generositas` — AGU-CLAIM/RECONSTRUCTION |
| C | `+VC Prudentia` — AB-DIRECT | `-VC Imprudentia` — AGU-CLAIM | `+UC Gula` — AB-DIRECT | `-UC Temperantia` — AGU-CLAIM; semantic identity with `+VE` is candidate |
| D | `+VD Fortitudo` — AB-DIRECT | `-VD Timiditas / Pusillanimitas` — AGU-CLAIM + HUMAN-GATE HP-019 | `+UD Luxuria` — AB-DIRECT | `-UD Castitas` — AGU-CLAIM/RECONSTRUCTION |
| E | `+VE Temperantia` — AB-DIRECT | `-VE Intemperantia` — AGU-CLAIM | `+UE Superbia` — AB-DIRECT | `-UE Humilitas` — AGU-CLAIM/RECONSTRUCTION |
| F | `+VF Fides` — AB-DIRECT | `-VF Infidelitas` — AGU-CLAIM | `+UF Acedia` — AB-DIRECT as source spelling `Accidia`; normalized spelling is a non-semantic surface variant to record | `-UF Diligentia` — RECONSTRUCTION + HUMAN-GATE HP-021 |
| G | `+VG Spes` — AB-DIRECT | `-VG Desperatio` — AGU-CLAIM | `+UG Invidia` — AB-DIRECT | `-UG Caritas` — RECONSTRUCTION + HUMAN-GATE HP-022; proposed identity with `+VH` |
| H | `+VH Caritas` — AB-DIRECT | `-VH Crudelitas` — AGU-CLAIM | `+UH Ira` — AB-DIRECT | `-UH Patientia / Mansuetudo` — RECONSTRUCTION + HUMAN-GATE HP-023; proposed identity with `+VI` |
| I | `+VI Patientia` — AB-DIRECT | `-VI Impatientia` — AGU-CLAIM | `+UI Mendacium` — AB-DIRECT | `-UI Veracitas / Veritas` — `Veritas` is a direct principial/object relation; `Veracitas` is AGU truthfulness back-Latin; HUMAN-GATE HP-029 |
| K | `+VK Compassio` — candidate normalization; AB-DIRECT is `Pietas`, PT-WITNESS is `Piedade`; HUMAN-GATE HP-027 | `-VK Impietas / Incompassio` — AGU-CLAIM + HUMAN-GATE HP-020 | `+UK Inconstantia` — AB-DIRECT | `-UK Constantia` — AGU-CLAIM/RECONSTRUCTION |

Every matrix address is present exactly once in the table. Evidence status is
not lexical approval.

## Direct-source finding at +VK

The currently routed Latin witness states `pietatem` in the alphabet and defines
`Pietas est habitus...` in the Instrumentativum section. The Portuguese
translation preserves `Piedade`. The received W candidate instead registers
`Compassio` as a Latin term. A development witness can explain the semantic
normalization, but it cannot silently replace the direct lexical form.

Therefore `Pietas` and `Compassio` must be typed as primary/source form,
translation/operational gloss, or distinct related fields by HP-027. This also
changes how HP-020's `Impietas / Incompassio` alternatives are interpreted;
neither decision may be applied without the other in view.

## Slash-field finding at -VB and -UI

The current corpus does not prove either slash pair to be a stable alias:

- `Iniustitia` is directly attested in the Latin *Ars Brevis* response on
justice, while `Iniuria` is a back-Latin reconstruction from the package's
  English “injury” witness;
- `Veritas` is directly present as truth and as the object against which
`Mendacium` operates, whereas `Veracitas` reconstructs the English
“truthfulness” habit and avoids silently collapsing that habit into the
  A-regime dignity.

The difference matters in a moral-instrumental stack. Treating each pair as a
single string would hide a possible type distinction; choosing a primary token
would alter identity. HP-028 and HP-029 therefore own the focused decisions.

## Existing human gates

| Gate | Scope | Reconciliation effect |
|---|---|---|
| HP-019 | `-VD` primary token | remains open; no direct precedence found |
| HP-020 | `-VK` primary/dual field | remains open; must be read with HP-027 |
| HP-021 | `-UF` immediate versus deeper counterpart | remains open; source does not settle placement |
| HP-022 | `-UG` counterpart and Caritas identity | remains open; topology cannot decide it |
| HP-023 | `-UH` Patientia/Mansuetudo scope | remains open; proposed cross-address identity remains candidate |
| HP-024 | numbered folder | no lexical effect |
| HP-025 | future W/G relation | no lexical effect |
| HP-026 | official title | blocks uniform headers/alias/registration |
| HP-027 | `+VK` Pietas/Compassio typing | newly discovered source discrepancy |
| HP-028 | `-VB` Iniuria/Iniustitia typing | newly discovered omitted slash-field gate |
| HP-029 | `-UI` Veracitas/Veritas typing | newly discovered omitted slash-field gate |

## Qualification rule

M2M-W-03 must create a versioned successor rather than edit this received
matrix. For each address it must record a single primary token or an explicit
typed multi-field relation, exact evidence class, source reference, aliases,
cross-address identities, and all unresolved status. No slash-delimited string
may be interpreted as an alias table by punctuation alone.
