## Material source discrepancy

The direct Latin and Portuguese sources support `Pietas`/`Piedade` at carrier
K, whereas the candidate uses `Compassio`. This is not a byte-fidelity defect;
it is a source-normalization gate. HP-027 owns the decision. Because the -VK
alternatives mirror the positive token, HP-020 and HP-027 must be applied as a
coherent pair.

## Items that do not pass qualification yet

1. ten lexical/relation/title/folder decisions from HP-019–HP-024,
   HP-026–HP-029 remain human;
2. HP-025 remains a future G-dependency decision and does not block an
   independent W qualification;
3. no source-resolved 36-term A/T profile corpus exists;
4. ALIAS W and both LIBER artifacts are not ready for their final class forms;
5. received test JSONs are result declarations, not a deterministic validator;
6. the distance field is untyped;
7. the received MACHINA instance is nonconformant and excluded from W-03;
8. SYSTEM_INDEX contains no W registration and has unrelated S/K version drift;
9. no numbered stack, provider ID, canonical status, runtime, Sigma, or
   deployment is authorized.

## Handoff to M2M-W-03

M2M-W-03 receives a self-contained corpus:

- the immutable ten-file candidate;
- `W_SOURCE_AND_AUTHORITY_REGISTER.md`;
- `W_SOURCE_TO_TARGET_FILENAME_MAP.md`;
- `W_DEPENDENCY_AND_NON_TRANSFER_REPORT.md`;
- `W_LEXICAL_EVIDENCE_REGISTER.md`;
- this validation report;
- the three `SK_BOUNDARY` records;
- HP-019 through HP-029 as exact human gates.

After the applicable decisions are recorded, W-03 must author additive,
versioned successors and an executable validator. It must not repair received
files in place or infer any unresolved answer.

## Verdict

`M2M-W-02 COMPLETE / RECONCILIATION VALID / W-03 BLOCKED ON HUMAN DECISIONS`.

This verdict closes source reconciliation only. It has no canonical,
registration, execution, runtime, MACHINA, Sigma, deployment, or promotion
