# W / S-K Bounded Change Proposal

## Purpose

Describe the smallest future S/K change that would make moral Instrumentativum
discoverable without merging S/K and W or activating W implicitly.

## Proposed future slice

Candidate branch:

fix/stack-sk-moral-instrument-handoff

Permitted source mutations, only after explicit human authorization:

1. OPERA_S_ExecutionMechanism.md
   - extend K indicators with virtue, vice, habit, moral instrument, and
     moral-instrumental operation;
   - classify the context only;
   - emit W_AVAILABLE or W_NOT_LOADED as a routing diagnostic;
   - never execute W automatically.

2. AREPO_S_InputAdmissibility.md
   - validate the candidate handoff record when an explicit W composition is
     requested;
   - reject virtue/vices/habits as subjects;
   - require exact W provider resolution before handoff eligibility.

3. SATOR_S_OutputRequirements.md
   - disclose K/NATURAL versus K/MORAL;
   - disclose whether W was merely available, explicitly invoked, admitted,
     executed, or unavailable;
   - keep S/K result separate from W_PROFILE.

4. ALIAS_K or a dedicated registered alias record
   - add only discovery routing needed to locate a future registered W target;
   - preserve alias is not execution.

5. `00_ROOT_CLASS_LAWS/SYSTEM_INDEX_CURRENT.md`
   - first reconcile actual S/K artifact versions;
   - later register an explicit contextual handoff edge only if W itself is
     qualified and registered.

## Prohibited changes

- no new subject;
- no W wheel or term copied into 06_STACK_SK;
- no OPERA W logic inside OPERA S;
- no moral scoring or person judgment;
- no implicit invocation from K selection;
- no cycle or fallback to model memory;
- no runtime edge before exact provider versions and W registration exist.

## Proposed acceptance fixtures

- K natural instrument, no W route;
- K moral instrument, W available but not invoked;
- K moral instrument, explicit W invocation and valid A/T handoff;
- W unavailable, diagnostic without simulation;
- virtue-as-subject adverse case;
- missing provider version adverse case;
- W_PROFILE recursion adverse case;
- plural W addresses with stable S/K subject binding.

## Current action

Do not implement this proposal in M2M-W-SK-01. Retain it as the bounded input
for a later explicitly authorized S/K patch slice after W qualification and
provider-version reconciliation.
