## II. Governing thesis
No single external school governs every Lullian phase, figure, regime, and function.

The `Ars brevis` explicitly orders thirteen parts:

grammar.
Controlled English paraphrases must remain secondary:
- `Principium`: principle, origin, or priority-conditioned beginning; never
reduced to ordinary chronological “beginning”;
- `Medium`: medium or middle term according to its species; never merely a
midpoint;
- `Maioritas`: greaterness, superiority, or greater participation according to
subject; never unqualified demographic “majority”;

`Q IS SCHOLASTICALLY LEGIBLE` does not entail `A/T ARE THOMISTIC FOUNDATIONS`.
Q interrogates and exposes Lullian principles; it does not ontologically govern them.
### S — faculties and pedagogy
In phase-appropriate contexts, especially explicit quaternary Figure S, memory, intellect, will, and their acts provide an Augustinian facultative control.
The same triad may illuminate the learner’s retention, distinction, desire, habituation, and teaching in later phases without implying that the same Figure S remains structurally active.
Augustinian control primarily calibrates the human learner and faculty operations. It does not absorb A, T, SB, SC, or the whole metaphysics of the Art.
### X — opposition and phase specificity
X must be interpreted from the identified work, phase, local opposition, and medieval problem field. Predestination, grace, election, faith, or salvation must not default to a post-Reformation system.
`MEDIEVAL PRAEDESTINATIO` precedes Reformation confessional comparison.
### SB — theoanalogical control
SB uses a source-controlled grammar of divine naming, principiality, procession, participation, causal communication, transcendence, and apophatic correction.
- divine name is not an exhaustive definition of divine essence;
- analogy is not identity;
- Scripture, psychological-agent language, prosperity causality, or modern spiritual warfare must not silently govern SB.
### SC — angeoanalogical control
SC resolves message, mediation, reception, illumination, delegation, transmission, interpretation, and ordered service before it fixes an ontological species.
