## Governing posture

This register records provenance and planned transformations for
`15_STACK_LLULLIANA`. It does not independently confer execution authority on a
source, candidate, migrated baseline, test, archive, prompt, or reference
artifact.

Git and registered project artifacts remain the source of truth. Candidate
sources are development evidence only. The global and local indexes authorize
explicit `LLULLIANA_PROVISIONAL_TEST` execution using registered working
sources. Deployment, mirrors, Sigma generation, default activation, and
canonical runtime use remain prohibited.

The Latin working witness is the closest currently available project text to a
critical edition, but it is not declared to be a completed scholarly critical
edition. Manuscript, edition, and variant claims exceeding its documented
construction remain provisional.

Language precedence:

Generated Latin is inserted only as `PARAPHRASIS LATINA CONTROLATA`, never as
E0. English generation remains explicitly deferred until the human developer
finishes reviewing the Portuguese working version.

Source checkpoint `8ae682bc57fcd1766f3816c77c31fdc2e3c4f0c1`
tracks `LLULL-AB-LAT-WORK-01`, `LLULL-AB-PT-WORK-01`, the fourteen CAPUT
controls, and the related working commentary and source normalization.

Git identity closes the source-registration portion of the gate. It does not
approve the Portuguese text as human-final and does not grant canon promotion.
Latin fidelity review, real-use evidence, and a separate human canonization
decision remain required.

The general textual basis for the current `Ars brevis` normalization is no
longer absent: `LLULL-AB-LAT-WORK-01` now supplies the working anchor. This does
not resolve edition-level, manuscript-variant, or genealogy claims.

### AREPO

The compact fourteen-gate list was expanded into an eighteen-gate admission packet with explicit evidence records, aggregate decision law, admissible/remediation/blocked/deferred states, remediation re-entry, and named deferral authority.

### OPERA

All eight compact modes were retained and expanded into separate contracts with inputs, required actions, outputs, provenance, and failure states. A common provenance record distinguishes route tier, evidence tier, source locator, transformation, analogy properties, confidence, AREPO decision, and session patch without claiming hidden reasoning.

### SATOR

The compact flow and session list were expanded into a state machine, phase-sensitive routing table, structured session object, append-only patch history, drift-event monitor, recalibration procedure, expiry contract, and disclosure envelope.

### Tests and validator

The seven compact cases were retained as `BASE-01` through `BASE-07`. All six anti-drift LIBER reference cases were added as `LIBER-01` through `LIBER-06`, with additional authority and contract cases. `VALIDATE_LLULLIANA.ps1` validates topology and declared coverage without executing interpretation.

Disposition:

- historical conclusions remain source-dependent;

## PHILOSOPHUS development suggestion — TASK 4

### Suggestion LLULLIANA-DEV-04

- Target: future repository-wide validation tooling, not a root-class law change.
- Proposed change: add a CI lane that runs registered stack-local validators and verifies they do not treat tests, LIBRI, sources, or indexes as execution authority.
- Evidence: TASK 4 now has a deterministic structural validator, but enforcement is manual.
- Affected stacks: Llulliana initially; other stacks only after they define compatible validators.
- Compatibility risk: medium; validators have no current global interface.

  against one declared set of Latin terms and preserved relations.
- Evidence: language-specific generation can remain individually fluent while
  silently changing K-1/K-2, subject contraction, correlatives, `Maioritas`, or
  `Minoritas`.
- Affected stacks: Llulliana initially; Analogiae only if a later registered
  bridge consumes the same pivot identity.
- Compatibility risk: low-medium; content-addressing must exclude ephemeral
  session fields and distinguish E0 text from generated Latin paraphrase.

- Target: `VALIDATE_LLULLIANA.ps1` and a future CI lane.
- Proposed change: add exact normalized hashes or bounded locators for the
  eighteen definitions, ten rules, nine subjects, and thirteen-part Ordo after
  the human developer freezes the working Latin witness.
- Evidence: token checks can detect omission but cannot yet distinguish an
  authorized correction from accidental mutation.

- Compatibility risk: low; hashes must not be frozen before the Latin witness
  receives its intended source-review checkpoint.

## TASK 5A Latin-primary normalization

Human direction established Latin as the principal semantic carrier and English
as paraphrase. The normalization mutated the active integration artifacts,
without promoting the stack:

- SATOR now requires an auditable Latin semantic pivot before multilingual
  rendering and distinguishes that pivot from private chain-of-thought;
- OPERA Modes 2 and 7 distinguish exact E0 Latin, controlled Latin paraphrase,
  and user-language rendering, with retrocollation;
- TENET binds the exact `termini cogniti` source anchor, the thirteen-part
  `Ordo Artis`, Latin-first terminology, and the K-1/K-2 distinction;
- ROTAS retains ATSQ/ASTX while declaring house IDs as calibration aliases and
  exposing the omitted parts of the Art as cross-cutting operation bindings;
- AREPO adds Latin-source, Latin-pivot, Ordo, and K-duplex gates;
- the anti-drift LIBER adds high-risk Latin carrier locks;
- tests and validator now separate structural conformance from canon readiness;
- the global index records Latin-primary normalization while retaining scaffold
  and non-runtime status.

Validation result at mutation checkpoint:

utility in real tests and separately authorized use of the present stack.

Authorized posture:
